Winning Wisdom

Winning Wisdom is the God given ability allowing for discernment and understanding of situations, people, ideas and relationships by means of Divine Insight. It equips one to interpret the virtues of interpersonal relationships with coherence, sound judgement and divine understanding. (Daniel 2:16-25). Talking about winning wisdom there are several strategies that when applied demonstrates that one has/carries Wisdom. Winning Wisdom brings understanding and comprehension, comes with deeper perception and judgement. It is reflected in the actions, decisions and beliefs of an individual.

Key points:

• 2 Corinthians 9:6-8 we need the Grace of God to use and operate in Wisdom
  • By asking the Holy Spirit we can obtain winning Wisdom (James 1:5-8)
• Secondly sacrificial giving attracts God’s attention (2 chronicles 1 6-7, 1 Kings 3:7-13, 1 Kings 4:29-34)
• With Wisdom comes understanding (comprehension and discernment). (Proverbs 4:5-10)
  • Through Proverbs 4:5-9, we can see the importance of obtaining wisdom and the benefits that follow once it has been found.
  • The combination of wisdom and understanding allows for you to win. (Proverbs 2:1-22)
• With wisdom comes deeper perception.
  • Knowing when to flee, fight, plant, harvest. (Ecc. 3:1-8)
  • Knowing when to run is also a sign of wisdom as there are some fights that you cannot win by yourself. Wisdom demands that we ought to choose our battles wisely and carefully, letting the Holy Spirit guide us.
  • Knowing how to be consecrated and separated unto God is another sign/demonstration of deep inner perception. (Daniel 1:1-8)
  • Wisdom is an inner trait that when applied shows by how we function/live. Allowing for us to win and win big.
• Wisdom is Judgement: (Genesis 39:5-14)
  • Good sense, being able to read the situation and knowing the best option to use, you can judge what is right and what is wrong
• Wisdom is expected to come with age
  • The older you are the wiser you should be through experiences both personal and environmental
• With the obtaining of Wisdom, Understanding is also necessary as they to hand in hand. Make sure it is a Spirit of God and not a spirit of superstition
  • The spirit of God must lead you (Romans 8:14)
• The Wisdom of God is the winning Wisdom that will enable us to win, take the correct decision when we need to take the decision. It will give us the ability to know what to do and to do it.

Prayer Points:

• Father please cause my eyes of enlightenment to be open regardless of what closed them
• Father please give me the grace to obey whatever Wisdom requires me to do
